In all instances we request you contact our sales team as indicated below.
1. NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS.
1.1 If any goods are received that are deemed by you to be damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods on 0044 (0)1752 881988 to discuss with a member of our sales team. 1.2 In the unlikely event of anything being wrong with any of the items delivered we will endeavour to rectify the problem within a reasonable time.
1.3 If an item is found to have been damaged in transit or defective we will replace it at our expense once receiving the faulty goods back to our offices: Bluezone Fishing Limited, Mullions, West Pitten, Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 5BB
2. EXCHANGE OR REFUND
2.1 It is our aim to maintain good customer relations so if you are not totally satisfied with the goods purchased/delivered for any reason then we will accept these back for either a refund or exchange so long as we have been notified within 7 days from your receiving the products
2.2 On returning any items that have been agreed with our sales team we request you notify us prior to them being sent and we request you include your Name, Address, Order Number and any instructions please.
2.3 On receipt of the goods being received by us, that must be unused and received in a re saleable condition then the total cost of the goods, including the original delivery charge, if applicable, will be refunded.
2.4 Postage Charges for returning the goods to us will not be refunded and the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. Please be advised that if the goods are of a high value then we would recommend using registered post.
3.1 Most of our products that are supplied with a manufacturers warranty of 12 month (in some cases 24month) against any manufacturing fault from the date of purchase.
3.2 Warranties only cover manufacturing defects and not faults caused by misuse, neglect or general wear and tear.
3.3 Should a product become faulty during use then please contact a member of our sales team who will advise you of how to go about making a warranty claim (Your Statutory rights are not affected)
4. ITEMS NOT COVERED BY MANUFACTURING WARRANTIES. MAINTAINANCE-ROD RINGS-CORROSION
4.1 Salt water is a corrosive and failure to maintain and clean any product after use may result in damage and any failure to maintain a product will not be covered by a manufacturing warranty.
4.2 Rod rings, by their very nature can be damaged when the rods are misused, dropped or squashed. Most manufacturers warranties do not cover for this type of damage so we request that ALL rods are checked on receiving them and if there is any damage of this nature found notify us within 7 days and before the item is used.
5. COMPLAINTS (All complaints are logged)
5.1 We wish to maintain a policy of good customer service and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or any of our services please contact a member of our sales team on 0044 (0)1752 881988 or email us on email@example.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and resolve any issues within 7 working days.
